Top 3 Mother's Day Wish List:
1. New Book
2. Picture with my girls
3. Some type of jewelry
Best piece of mom advice:
Stop comparing your kids to other kids and comparing yourself to other moms. I have to self correct often and remember how damaging it can be to your kids and yourself. Also, stop what you’re doing. I assure you there aren’t many more important things than spending time with them.
Your favorite self-care practice:
I have a many, because it truly varies on how I’m feeling...exercising, reading a book, painting my nails, snuggling with Theo 🐶 and taking a nap.
One thing your children have taught YOU:
They have taught me the importance of making time for those you ♥️. It’s just a simple concept and we say we do it. But, they truly make me stop and self evaluate.
Favorite activity to do with your girls:
FaceTime since they no longer live with me 😞. Their early morning calls make my day. I love knowing they are thinking of me.
Best mom hack for tackling the day:
Be flexible and have a very fluid schedule. I am not a huge planner and super spontaneous - that served me well. 🤪
Why you love your TK shirt for mom life:
TK shirts are breathable, stylish, cozy, and check off all the boxes that a mom would need. Wish I could pick one and say it is my favorite, but I can’t. They are all such great quality and I’ve had some for a couple of years now. How’s that for a sustainable, mom hack?
Top 3 Mother's Day Wish List:
1. A trip to anywhere on the beach
2. Spa day
3. Breakfast in bed
Best piece of mom advice:
Everything is a phase!
Your favorite self-care practice:
Long hot baths and treating myself to tons of self care products
One thing your children have taught YOU:
Not everything has to go according to plan. I am a planner by heart (and profession) but being a mom to 3 little ones has gotten me into a new routine of going with the flow more and letting the days take their own course
Favorite activity to do with your kids:
We love to bake!
Best mom hack for tackling the day:
Setting timers for myself (not just the kids). I like to select a great playlist too and tackle the day with a good soundtrack; it tends to keep everyone in a happy mood.
Why you love your TK shirt for mom life:
I am currently loving the Brynn button ups for nursing my new little one. It's such a cute look for a busy new mom.
Top 3 Mother's Day Wish List:
1. Breakfast in bed
2. New pair of Wicked Good Slippers
3. Uninterrupted bubble bath
Best piece of mom advice:
It’s okay to ask for help - Moms should never think they have to do it all alone. It took me a long time to accept help when I was a new Mom, thinking I was supposed to be able to handle everything by myself.
Your favorite self-care practice:
Taking some time to rest - my mind, my eyes, my body - whatever is feeling overtired or overworked. I used to try to squeeze everything into the few hours my daughter is at school, but now I make sure I take time to RESET after a few busy days.
One thing your girls have taught YOU:
We are all born with a strong sense of resilience - our children’s adaptability to the pandemic is proof of this - but we lose that trait as we grow up. It is possible to rebuild your inner resilience too just by doing what kids do - learn from your mistakes, accept change as part of living, and keep things in a positive perspective.
Favorite activity to do with your girls:
DANCE PARTIES! We spend a lot of time dancing in the kitchen and its my favorite things to do (with Dad included too!)
Best mom hack for tackling the day:
Make a list each morning with a mixture of ‘must do’ and ‘may do’ items, with a few easy to accomplish tasks, so you never feel like you didn’t accomplish anything at the end of the day. There are no rules to how much you should do in a day - so be easy on yourself!
Why you love your TK shirt for mom life:
Being comfortable is so important when you’re a Mom - and so is wearing what makes you FEEL good. Thom Kelly designs pieces that do just that - they are stylish, functional, and comfortable!

Going for walks & shopping on Greenwich Ave! (Ranger LOVES shopping because most stores give her treats!)

Why you love your TK shirt for mom life:

Top 3 Mother's Day Wish List:
1. Spa day
2. No cooking for an entire day
3. Slow morning with breakfast in bed
Best piece of mom advice:
The days are long, but the years are short! I think of this often when I am not at my best. It grounds me and gets me out of the moment to really focus, slow down and enjoy the small, everyday things.
Your favorite self-care practice:
SLEEP! After navigating the sleepless months of early motherhood, I will never take sleep for granted, ever again. I am an early riser, so it’s lights out by 9:30pm. I try to get 8-9 hours of sleep to function like a human. I also enjoy my evening routine, taking care of my skin, piling on all the creams and oils because aging scares me. Yes, I understand I am completely in denial.
One thing your children have taught YOU:
You matter! They may not always vocalize their feelings the way you want to hear them but everything you do and say is being registered in their little brains. To them you are the moon, the stars and everything in between! As moms, we need to believe we’re good enough and let go of the mom guilt. Kids are also so forgiving and get over things faster than adults do. Taking note!
Favorite activity to do with your kids:
Neighborhood walks and mini-golf
Best mom hack for tackling the day:
Always have snacks handy!
Why you love your TK shirt for mom life:
Confession: Charlotte is the first sweatshirt I bought since college! It’s got the comfort and coziness of a sweatshirt without the bulk. It makes me feel polished and put together while chasing after my littles. My favorite pairing is with denim for a refined look or simply over leggings for errands and lounging.
